Hi guys

Long story short, can I replace my rear inner brake cable without un-wrapping my bar tape or removing outer cables?

Thanks
Luke

Yes, unless you have some crazy internal wiring. Pull the old one out, feed the new one in.

Or a bit of fishing line tied to the cable (at the brake end) and pull the cable through. Then attach new cable to the fishing line and pull back the other way.
