Taking logo off. No sticker

Can I take this logo off in a safe way. It looks like it is printed paint. It is not a sticker. Reynolds assault slg 2015

I have looked into that as well. From a few trials I did, nail polish remover did seem to do the trick.

Nice wheels. Got them laced with dt swiss 240s 20/20.
