I want to build something light again and I came across this. figured I could pick it up and sell the components off it and build something really light. I know that a there was good and bad addicts and I think this was one of the light ones. Am I wrong here? I tried searching but came up with nothing.

The light ones were the R1 and the SL (the SL does not have the ISP but does have the better carbon. The R1 had the top carbon and the ISP). The forks were fractionally different (R2=a bit heavier but with a nice Alu re-enforcing ring/lower bearing mount) from memory.
Updated: Racing again! Thought this was unlikely! Eventually, I may even have a decent race!
Edit: 2015: darn near won the best South Island series (got second in age
-group)..woo hoo Racy Theremery is back!!

The 2007 R2 was also HMX - the lighter frame.
In 2009 or 10 they changed the R2 to HMF, the stuff the heavier frames were made out of.
I know, because I own the same color R2, from 2008, and it is definitely HMX.
One thing makes me a little nervous about that bike. It does NOT have the integrated seat post that mine has.
Not sure if they made a non-integrated version or the R2, or the frame has been "modded" to accommodate a regular post.

Congratulations! That is a nice looking bike at a decent price. For reference, my R1 with isp weighed about 870g, so yours without isp should be a little less.
