I have ordered for a Dash saddle and propose to install on a Ritchey Superlogic single bolt seatpost.
However, I note Ritchey’s clamp is rated for 12Nm while the clamp force recommended by Dash is 5-6 Nm.
Are here anybody using this seatpost with Dash saddle ?
Can you advise how much torque you applied to the clamp without damaging the rail and as well prevent slippage ?

I use that seatpost with a Specialized Toupe saddle with carbon rails. The rails are oval and therefore I have the clamping mechanism for oval rails. It is torqued with 5 nm and there is no slippage.
A dab of carbon paste would likely help against any slippage I would have thought. A guy I ride with has one on his xc bike and seems happy enough with it, he's using a saddle with normal rails as far as I'm aware though so I don't know how much that will effect things.
