I think a normal stem looks funny with the Cervelo s5 aero handlebar, it just does not flow well.

Does anyone have any other suggestions for a stem that looks like it matches the bar ? Light weight also would be a plus

Thats my point, I like the big flat aero bars and think they would go well with my BMC TMR01 frame, but looking at them with a standerd looking stem m as kes me say Ugh also. They need a flat stem to match yes ?

Syntace flatforce? If you could pull it off it would look pretty nice in my opinion. I think any stem, or rather the faceplate, will look strange. Also pro vibe sprint, sand it and paint it to a mat finish. You could even black out the faceplate.

Seriously, why didn't Cervelo make this into a bar-stem combo?

why not go with another aero handlebar like those made by 3T, zipp, ENVE, bontrager, or specialized? they definitely look better....

Could look good if bonded with any stem to get rid of the clamping

You could eat a 4 course meal off the tops of that bar. It's basically a coffee table.

The 3T, Zipp and Specialized aero road bars all have to many curves for my taste with the BMC TMR01 straight flat frame lines.

The ENVE SES Aero Road and Bontrager XXX Aero Road may work also.

Pro Vibe Puzzle clamp stem would be the best matched for this.

The Pro vibe puzzle is interesting (side note looks like they run on the heavy side) I would not have thought of it I was thinking more along the lines of .......

PRO VIBE Sprint (Very Heavy)

What i like about the vibe puzzle is that it has no bolts on the upper part of the stem.

I dont think the 3T integra will fut because of the big nose.
