Hi guys,
After fitting my new Berk saddle I realised it pointed to the left and being an aero post I couldn't straighten it. Jure then sent me another one and ive got the same problem again. Has anyone been in the same situation, some advice would be much appreciated. The first Berk saddle is now on my winter bike as its a round post and looks fine. I find it hard to believe they are made this way. Cheers.

Is the seat tube straight? The seat tube in my Cervelo S1 is off a bit. Whether it's the frame or the seat, that's a lot.

might be worthwhile to look at the post itself, maybe see if you can get hold of a spare on to check alignment.

What seat did you use before the Berk ? was that straight? can you compere?
Forgive my ignorance ,I don't have a aero bike, the bit where you insert the seat post could that be out of line.
I can't imagine a frame made so out of whack.

keep us posted ..

Had the same problem with my brand new Canyon Aeroad. Turns out the seatpost clamping mechanism was bad, so I had to contact my local Canyon agent and get a new seatpost.

Seatpost manufacturers should stick to making round ones if they cannot make them without defects.
