Only one i know of is Extralite Hyperstem OC-12.
It has a stack of 38mm and as seen, it's -12 degrees.
Bikes:

Ax Lightness Vial EVO Race (2019.01.03)
Open *UP* (2016.04.14)
Paduano Racing Fidia (kind of shelved)

Ex bike; Vial EVO D, Vial EVO Ultra, Scott Foil, Paduano ti bike.

What weight do you consider ?

I have both Easton EA90 and Pro Vibe 7s (old version) and they're around the same weight, 10°, relatively light (roughly 125g for the 120mm Pro Vibe and 135g for the 130mm Easton) , and stiff.

I just saw the Extralight Hyper and it looks pretty good. And it's -12° Too bad that the Deda Superleggero doesn't come in -10°!

Time ulteam monolink is a -10. Not that light but -10.
Remember that stems have different stack heights so if you find a low stack height -8 like a 34mm Extralite, it puts you about the same as a 40mm stack height -10.
