I really like their GTR SL, esp. that it'll be both DI2#EPS and mechanical compatible, and also available as a disc frameset..
Thoughts anyone?
Also, notice the vintage range.. Columbus SL tubed lugged steelies.. I'd really like to see other classics as well, such as Columbus XCR modern steel frames or Ti frames as well..

progetto superleggera RAMATO (you have to scroll just under half way down to find it) WOW!
I'd ride that with mid 80s campag SR and some slightly lightened wheels and be quite happy...and I have quite a few serious race bikes to choose from!

Slight digression:
I'm sure they're wonderful bikes (I know a few non-sponsored riders on them), but their typeface and graphics make me think unavoidably of Wilson tennis balls and cans: http://www.recsportshop.com/Merchant5/g ... 703a_l.jpg

Wilier logo is rather old and not a copy of Wilson in any case.
Wilier seems to be among the very few companies to keep their vintage-like calligraphic typeface and that is something really cool!

Yeah, they announced the Over-Torque crank way before Campag did as well.
If Wilier leak something it's definitely going to happen, but it doesn't always happen straight away...

It was actually the other way around once more. Campagnolo filed a patent for internal batteries and charging ports in 2007. But these kind of patents are impossible to enforce, at least in Europe. You simply can't patent a battery that has a port to charge it externally, no matter if it is for a bicycle, a tooth brush or a plane, there is simply no innovation in that.
These patents are used more like a way of making stronger a model registering.
