Appreciate some advise from you guys that understand all this. If I was going to build up a Surley Pacer, 56 or 58, geometry in link:

With an Enve 2.0

What rake would I use? Thanks for the help.

Does the 367 length for the Surley vs. the 376 for the matter, or change what rake to use?

It's very heavy, like very. I know if I build this it will be heavyish anyway, but the just the fork switch out will be measures in lbs. oh, and it's cool.
Look at the pacer fork specs, they actually state axle-crown length of 371mm, if so 45mm Enve forks would likely be fine, lower headset stacks vary in height too so a couple of mm either way wouldn't that much difference on a frame like this.
Won't the forks cost more than the frameset?

This.
Go for a Columbus Minimal or Tusk and spend the difference on a better set of wheels.
