Yes the headset came with bearings. Assume you mean the rear, no idea you'd need to ask Hongfu. If front, braze on.

Bikeshop finished putting the bike together for me, 7 weeks before I'm allowed out on the bike again so I'll have 7 weeks on the turbo trainer with the new bike. I'll check everything over, done a quick bike fit but will get booked in for a professional fit.

7kg weighed on the bathroom scales which is what I was aiming for which is good.

At some point can you take a picture of the clearance around the tires and give me/us an idea what size tires can fit that frame and fork?

Thanks,

I have now fitted 25mm Continental GP4000S ii tyres and they fit no bother.

I noticed a crack in the seatpost after it had been with the mechanic for a tune up, so I think the crack was probably from being clamped but I'm not sure so I now have a Thomson Elite seatpost.

Since I've been back on the bike after recovering from my injury I've done loads of miles and the bike is lovely to ride, very pleased.

Hi...I see your pics very well...^^;

Also I did buy FM069 frame Set same with you.

But...My Frame surface color is different with yours..

My Frame set's color is "UD Matte Black"

So i can see a special pattern from that's surface...

My Question..: What color is your frame set?

I guess two...First is your frame set's color is not "UD Matte Black" but " Matte Black" is Right?

Second...your picture can not be seen a detail surface color..

What is correct? First or Second?

Thank you.^^;

I'm not sure which thread is suitable for this post.
Anyway, here is mine which I got couple of weeks back.
The finish is not perfect, but they look great!

KheSanh wrote:Just quickly weighed the frame and bits on the kitchen scales, bit difficult to get an accurate measurement of the frame but does look like it's heavier than what they say (870g).

FRAME - 930
FORKS - 340
BARS - 300
SEAT POST WITHOUT TOP CLAMP - 131
STEM - 121
BOTTLE CAGE 25

I have a mixture of groupsets; rival, force and ultegra with a total weight of 2249g and that's with a 11-32 cassette. The wheels will be my Zondas.

I weighed mine just now.

BTW, anyone knows what these holes are for?
The holes are on the bottom side of the seat stays near the dropouts.
They are not round nor even.

That's what I thought in the first place, but there is another pair of holes on the inner side of chain stays.
These holes are round and even and placed in the center of both chain stays.
These are even visible in hongfus's brochure pictures as below.
In other words, they look intentionally designed.
But those on the seat stays don't look that way.
I'll take more detailed pictures later.
