Got a klien quantum now. I has come with dura ace 7700. does anyone know how much weight saving i could get by tunning the rear mech and other bits. Probably going to keep the dura ace kit as it works well.

Oh tips on tuning the brakes. Would love to get hold of a ti bolt kit, either that or planet x brakes.

Toronto Cycles has the Ti bolts. It's not a huge savings.

They also have aluminium derailleur bolts and aluminium and Ti frame pivot bolts.

The aluminium derailleur bolt bends from even a minor impact. I got a Ti one to replace it.

I think that full Ti bolts on 7800 brakes was in the 35g savings range. The brakes have to be completely disassembled, which takes some time but which I found interesting- there's ball thrust bearings in there!
