Explain to me your thought process, how would it be advantageous to downgrade from a lighter, more aero foil frame to a heavier caad10? The caad10 is pretty good for an aluminum bike, but carbon just rides better.... An 11 speed groupset is not gonna make as much of a difference as the frame. I have both an 11 and a 10 speed bike and you don't really feel much of a difference in a race or hard group ride. If you're not racing then get rid of the foil and get some extra cash in your pocket.

Besides weight and frame material, there's one more thing to consider. The headtube on a Caad 10 is shorter than Foil, which makes a Caad 10 more aggressive. But I would still keep the Foil over a Caad 10. I own a Caad 10, and it is a very nice and all-round complete bike/frame. But the Foil is Carbon, and more comfortable in the long run.
