Try the Deda 215/Newton Deep. 215 is 26.0 and Newton is 31.8.

Nitto makes a 26.0 bar with the same bend called the 176. It can be had for under $60US.
Long live the horizontal top tube, standard crankset, and Italian threaded bottom bracket.
