Crank choice

So, BB is BB30A ( Synapse ) , Drivetrain is Campagnolo Chorus or Record - both Ultra Torque .
To install UT crank have to mill extensively NDS cup . Do not like this idea, however there's someone who did it , and according to his statement successfully.
Next option is BB386 or Rotor 3D24 plus adapters from FSA- but that mean pressed bearings into frame.
Generally don't like idea of pressing in-out bearings from the frame. UT cups would be perfect solution, because they stay in frame like… forever(?) . Easier service.
Other option is OT , but still bearings have to be pressed into frame.
Last option is Campagnolo CX11 crank ( will need switch rings later from 50-34 to 52-36 ) : Campy make dedicated PT BB30A bb cups, and in this case just 1 cup need replacement ( nds ) , but it's powertorque…
Need other opinion to make decision maybe I miss something ???

SISL2 is designed specifically for BB30A and is a great crank.
Cannondale offers a spider for Campy rings (135 mm BCD). This spider works with the Hollowgram series of cranks (Si, SiSL, SiSL2, and the latest Hollowgram variants). You can find Si and SiSL crank arms or full cranksets and spiders on Ebay frequently including the Campy spider.

Overall, can Hollowgram compete ( value for the €/$ ) with Rotor and Stonglight rings ? I don't see how , really.
I do not say it's bad crank - i'm sure it's fabulous , at least has to be for the price close to Power2max … .

same here. Was like $207 shipped on ebay. Cranks came with a 130bcd spider and spindle. Got some used in good condition praxis rings for $50 and for $257 I have a nice looking 540g (sans BB) crankset.
