Which wheelset do you think is best matching and good looking on my Canyon Ultimate CF SLX 9.0?

To make it easy; 35 or 50 in regular decals ;)
35 would be my first pick though.

I'm surprised no one has commented on the Shimano/Campy mishmash!

You probably shouldn't be picking rim depth based on look, but anyway I vote 35 Bright as the red ties in nicely with the underside of the DT.

Campy wheels are available with shimano fittings. Not everyone likes their groupsets (no idea why). There's certainly no law against mixing brands...

Yes, there is [emoji3]. It may not be written down anywhere and you may not be thrown in jail, but the ongoing wrath you will forever face would make jail seem pleasant.
Seriously though, the Boras with the Shimano doesn't offend my senses as much as I thought it might. And any of those combos you present works just fine to my eyes.

Best of both worlds would be Fulcrum equivalent on your Shimano groupset.

That's why Fulcrum exists.

Otherwise, Shimano carbon wheels ride and look fantastic. But it's hard to find them at the price of Bora One which are very affordable (around 1200€)

Fulcrum Racing Speed = Campagnolo Bora One (minus G3 spoke lacing & 24.2mm width rim & clincher option).
It's all downhill from here, except for the uphills.

I'd rather just stick to Boras than Fulcrums..

I can see that 35s are strong preference here!! Any reason not liking 50s?
