Go for a Strong Frame. See and vote for my unique bike under the gallery and under my name here.

A new one to consider:

And apologies if this one was mentioned (you did say Di2 option):

I'll put in my vote for the Volare. I'm in the states but was able to snag a 2014 853 and it's a ripper. Not a weekend cruiser at all.

Looks rad but the cabling doesn't:

I'd go for either the Cinelli or Tommasini - made out of the Columbus XCR tubing!
Lightweight, so it feels racy, but super strong :D

Not sure the price difference between XCR and Spirit is worth it / like doubling the budget if i'm right

Have you considered the Casati Espresso or Inox? Both beautifully handmade, stunning detail, custom paint and geometry available, and not likely to see many others out on the road.

Just a thought..

Marinoni has pretty inexpensive steel out of Canada.

You are lucky, there is so much from where to chose. Out of so many, I'd consider Pegoretti, Colnago, De Rosa. Oh, I heart De Rosa...!!!

That Standert put together looks like a million bucks.
