Does any of these two have a lifetime warranty for the frame, like cannondale, for example?

I'm just gonna answer my own question, I looked it up and it seems that pinarello and colnago will offer 2 or 3 years of warranty. That is less warranty than enve will give you for the wheels (which happen to take a lot more abuse than a frame) for an absolutely outrageous price!!
And just when I was on my way to convince myself to buy a colnago or a pinarello...

Just bought my Dogma F8.
LBS said standard 2 years, 3 years if you register your frame serial N° online.

My point exactly. When you have that price tag for a frame made in Asia (F8).. You should back it up with lifetime warranty.
It's not a bad thing it's made in Asia but it should be a lot cheaper!

Yeah, and I just registered mine online and it told me that you need to register it within 10 days of purchase to get the 3 years, otherwise you are stuck with 2. Ridiculous. Bike is great, but this is totally stupid, sort warranty to begin wioth and then this?
The whole 10 day thing is absurd, agree. When does one start the count down anyway? At purchase and then wait for shipping time etc??? I ensured I was in compliance by having the LBS rewrite my ticket and not include any lead time. Perhaps, if you missed the day your LBS will help ensure this is remedied for you.

I asked about warranty of bikes. I was told manufacturing flaws is often apparent within 6 months, so a maxium of 2 years where considered long enough.
Then we may slide into wear. But i agree, for such crazy expensive frame it should be much longer warranty.
Perhaps it has to do with the actual manufacturer and Pinarello agreement!?
Seems as F8 has been a big seller so when F9 or whatever it will be named comes out, i guess there will be several F8 for sale.
Perhaps a short span of warranty is saving Pinarello from customers trying to flaw an F8 to get a new F9.
A long shot, but who knows!?

Importer says its due to external force, bike has never been dropped or crashed. Settled for crash replacement and hope to have it sorted soonish. New frame arrived after little over 2 weeks, so now i just need swap the parts.
Hey my friend, I have been reading and feel sad for what happened. IT is great you have everything solved and new frame.
If you can help me, I'm looking to buy a F8 frame brand new year 2015. The warranty and everything will come out in my name as first owner etc etc, even though we are in 2017.
Many people told me the F8 frames crack at the seatstay, are fragile, etc etc What are your thoughts ?? Did you hear about other F8 owner problems ??
I'm afraid of getting a bike and have to mess with these issues, etc etc. Some people say the 2015-2016 models have a bad batch etc etc.
regards

In the interest of keeping the frame light, but needing the larger tube shapes for aero purposes, Pinarello have made the walls of the tubes thin... I mean really thin. If you use your thumbs and press on the down tube at the letter 'A' of the Pinarello logo, you can flex the wall of the tubes. The same is true of the seat tube. Don't get me wrong, I've not had any problems with my F8 at all, but sure makes me nervous of any accidental side impacts. So much so i've taken out specific bike insurance for the first time ever. This maybe 'a thing' with larger aero shaped tubes on different bikes, I don't know, but this is the first bike i've ever had it on.
I just checked that I can flex down tube and seat tube, using my thumb. My guess is that F8 tubings are like double or triple butted tubes on steel frames, where walls are the thinnest at the middle, as I push down closer to the joint areas like bb shell and head tube, I can't flex them anymore. This is a surprise, though no worries. The frame itself feels like a tank with a rear suspension.
I am a big guy, able to down 1300~1500 watts in short bursts, and the frame keeps asking for more. Front end of this bike also feels like a tank with no flex whatsoever (except from my bars) The rear end feels plushier than my previous Parlee Z3 built with XL tubing. It's kind of a paradox to ask for a frame that is stiff and compliant. My Z3 was stiff, even more so than F8. With F8, I think I've found the sweet spot of stiffness vs compliance.
One thing I found disturbing is that the fd braze-on mount bolts were loose, loose enough to make a crackling sound under power. Pinarello factory kindly painted all over the bolt heads, and as I tried to tighten those bolts, I stripped one ever so easily. Got pissed off and replaced all bolts with stainless steel bolts of my choice. If any of F8 owners out there hears a loud crackling noise when you pedal, I suggest you to check if these bolts aren't loose.
Here are pics of my ride:
Very nice bike, I'm looking to buy that exact frame.
How do you like the bike so far ? Still have it ??
Any frame problems ? cracks ?? Rear seat stays problems cracking ?
