I am looking for a new set of trainingwheels.
My weight is 72 kg.
I would love a rim around 30 mm (for the looks, i'm sorry)
Below 1600g and 400euro.

Campagnolo Scirroco uses 35mm rims and is available with Far East or Italian pattern freehub.

And weight near 1800g….

DEDA 30mm alu clincher fits demands, I believe.

You could easily get a pair of hand built wheels under 1600gr for that kind of money.

Shimano Ultegra. 1640 g, 11sp compatible and indestructible. Didn't see the face of a truing stand even with 10000 km of $hitty Istanbul roads.

you won't get Zonda's for 400 euro... Ultegra - maybe. that's a very good wheel though, i own a set with few-k on them, not even trued once. they hang next to the 'old' whr-550's which served me well for years as 'city/dirt/rain' wheels and still do during winter
