So I'm in abit of a dilemma. I dont know which cranks to pair with each of my 3 bikes:

bike 1 (main ridng/training and racing bike): Bianchi Infinito with ultegra 6800
Bike 2: Budget TT bike (Orbea Triton with Sram force 10 speed components. )
Bike 3: Commuter/spare bike: a cannondale CAAD 4 thats currently being repainted. I can either put dura ace 7800 on it, or 10 speed sram rival. more inclined to put the rival since it's cheaper.

and 3 cranks:
crank 1: Quarq Riken powermeter compact ( 52/36 rings, spare 50 tooth ring if I need it), 172.5
Crank 2: Ultegra 6800 53/39, 170
crank 3: dura ace 7800 130mm BCD, 172.5

obviously would like to rotate the Poweremeter between the race bike and the TT bike when I'm racing and training, and having a larger gear on the TT bike makes sense. where would you put the dura ace crank and the ultegra crank? seems a rather waste to put a fine 7800 on a commuter bike, especially since t's a mordern classic.

Use the 6800 on the #1 road bike(yields great front shifts), power meter on TT, sell the 7800 crank and buy a cheaper SRAM crankset. That could save you circa $100 depending on the condition of the 7800 and whatever crank you're going to buy.
If you happen to buy a 7800 group for the CAAD, hold on to it.
If you think crank lengths could be a problem, sell the 6800 and put 7800 on the #1.

#1 Powermeter, #2 7800, #3 6800 then upgrade your commuter to 105 11sp.

As someone that only has one power meter, I don't keep a crank on my TT bike, just swap power meter over for TT work and races each time. Unless you ride low cadence on a TT, 52T should be enough.
