My friend has a 2 1/2 year old Sram red Quarq powermeter.
The spider is out of alignment by 2 mm on one arm and causes the chainring to bend and grinds the chain against the front derailleur.
It has been send to Sram 3 times and comes back with a new spider and still has the problem.
What can I do myself to solve this?
Is the spider not well seated on the crank or can I fill out the chainring?
New chainrings tried of course.
Thanks.

Shim it with chainring washers. I've seen them as thin as .6mm.

Did you send them just the power meter or the whole crankset?

Yes the whole crankstel. First with worn chainring and later with original new rings
I have already ordered 0.6 shims from wheels manufacturing. They have really nice problem solving stuff.
