Looking for some help from anyone that's replaced the heel pad on 2013 or newer Sworks shoes.

Basically, my heel pad broke off, and all that I see is what looks like a screw that has the head sheered off of it, within a triangular insert that the heel pad goes onto. I'm wondering how one replaces this! Did the head of a screw actually break off, or does that entire triangle insert actually come out? I can't find any diagrams online. Wondering if i need to drill that screw out...

Thanks!

The pads are secured by screws with the head being inside the shoe, under the insole. Call Specialized customer service and they can get you new ones.

Thanks!! I just needed to know the screw is accessed from under the sole. That solved all the problems. Much appreciated.
