Nice! You can hide the d fly unit anywhere in the frame. Just below the sestpost battery works great.

allenpg nice work on the Di2 retro fit. Could you explain a little more on how you got the battery wire down the seat tube and the control wires into the bottom bracket shell. How did you drill through the shell? Is there enough room inside the shell of the bb and the adapter to run the wires. Doesn't the crank rub up against the wires, that is if they are on the inside.
