Can I use this carbon handlebar?

Hello,

Im instaling new handlebars to by bike and i want to take my old bars. But when I removed it from stem I saw stuff like this.

Its save? There is no cracks but it looks like press in. You can fell it ofcourse.

Its normal for carbon handlebars? Its my first and I used nm key to instal this

Personally, I wouldn't use it. Carbon doesn't respond the same as alloys do under stress and during failures. There is no 'bending', just collapse and failure. I've never seen carbon dent like that but i'm sure that happens in the process of cracking and breaking. If you're bars crack and break it's going to be really dangerous.

I would have no problem using those on a road bike.
