Hi all, just bought a bianchi oltre xr2 frame 2015. It came without a bottom bracket, I think I need a bb386 is it evo? Where can I buy one? Was also going to run it with Ultegra di2 groupset, will I need adapters for bottom bracket or am I better off with a fsa crankset?
Any help would be much appreciated, As I had never heard of this kind of bottom bracket before,

The bike frame is just a shell for whatever BB is needed for the crankset you want to run. So decide on that and then choose the appropriate BB. If running Di2 then you also want a BB that provided some room between the shell and BB for the wiring. Here is a link to one example http://wheelsmfg.com/products/bottom-brackets.html
There's sometimes a buggy.
How many drivers does a buggy have?
One.
So let's just say I'm drivin' this buggy...
and if you fix your attitude you can ride along with me.

It depends what chainset you are planning on running.
I don't think you'll get a standard HT2 shimano to fit no matter what.
You could either use an FSA 386evo chainset, or "i think" that the Rotor 3DF is compatible.
Its a bit of a duff system- 30 mm axle and and 86mm shell width. Crankarms have to be a different shape otherwise you end up with a massive q-factor

It is the shell which has BB386 Evo dimensions. OP can fit a variety of cranksets in there including Shimano. Just needs a 386BB with reducers in the bearings to fit a 24mm crank. See here http://wheelsmfg.com/products/bottom-brackets/bb386evo.html
The first google hit is to a review where the frame had Dura Ace cranks http://road.cc/content/review/109775-bianchi-oltre-xr2-road-bike

It "looks" like you need something along the lines of this:
http://wheelsmfg.com/pressfit-30-bottom-bracket.html
and then reducers to take the ID down to 24mm:

edit: RichT's option looks like a cheaper way
