Easton EC90 Aero 55 tubulars
Moderator: robbosmans
Has anyone used these and can provide a review?
Also can someone also compare to a 404 FC.
I would like to save some weight but I cannot find any good feedback on these wheels.

Thanks for the info
Anyone else with input? They are not cheap and I already have 2014 404fc's

they have a better hub design and are supposed to be lighter and more aero
more aero? doubt it. maybe as aero. hub design is brand new and unproven though. i thought about those before deciding on 6.7s. they look really nice, but i think you already have a very nice set of wheels. i would be very surprised if you felt any difference.
thanks for the feedback
I guess that I will just wait for a new set up super wheels which will most likely be anounced in a few months from someone.

Why not step up and look to buy E100?

I was very interested in this wheelset, but wanted to wait to see how the new hubset worked out over a bit of time.
Honestly, I think wheelsets these days are pretty close to each other.

I was hoping that their would be more feeback as they have been out for a while now.
I am not interested in a 3800 USD dwheelset as I am in Canada and that will cost me 15% more with another 13% tax on top of that.

I'm using them now and it's all good so far. It is pretty light for me even though my last pair of wheels were madfiber tubulars and climbing is great on them. Just make sure your brakes can open up wide enough for them, especially if you have the ability to hammer our serious watts, to prevent potential brake rub.
I find most feedback to be a washed with praises (often with unsubstantiated claims of performance) or complaints about problems; I think not hearing anything bad about them is good enough for me.

The biggest problem with Easton is getting a hold of their service department. I have tried for 6 months now and have had no luck. I had a connection in the past and always had great service. Now that she is gone, it appears no one even works there.
