On the Giro website the "Giro Atmos 2" helmet is listed at a weight of 190 grams in a size medium, but on several dealer websites the weight is listed as 280 grams.

Does anybody know the correct weight?

I noticed that some websites don't specify that they carry atmos and atmos 2. I know that when atmos 2 came out the first generation dropped in price significantly. That's when I bought mine

I have a medium Atmos 2, and it weight 262 grams on my USPS scale.

FYI, it is black with Hi-Vis green accents.

I remember reading sometime back that some helmets -- maybe it was giro or specialized -- they are heavier in the states because of different testing standards then compared to EU. Anyone in Europe have an atmos 2 and weighed it?

it was the POC helmet, but i think they started making all US models :)

Don't bother with the Atmos it's not so great at cooling (IMO)

the AEON is worth the extra $$$ or 2014 Pneumo
