Carbonsports LW Certified Pre-owned wheelsets now available.

Having 5 pairs of LW, I would say the Gen3 Std to be as one of the best out there (although it can do better with better brake pads, default LW brakepads are too grabby).
The Obies are lighter by approx 130gr, but you can feel the difference in stiffness.

Gen3 Ventoux weighs in at 1080 gr.
Gen3 Tubular weighs in at 1120 gr.
Gen3 Obies black version weighs in at 985 gr (Campy freehubs; 10~15gr lighter with Shimano freehubs)
Gen3 Gold Obies weighs in at approx 987 gr.
Gen4 Fernweg tubular weighs in at approx 1420 gr

Cheers

ventoux was tubluar, afaik no clincher version

current meilenstein clinchers are <= 1200g depending on model

you can get alloy clinchers under 1300g, custom build or production, for instance american classic magnesium clinchers are claimed under 1230g, no idea how they ride

if you want low weight, tubs all the way
