Help building Cannondale Nano

I wonder if it is a bit early for Cannondale to have made custom moulds for their new riders yet...

The mould (mold?) from Sagan's bike would be too small for Ryder for sure. Long enuf, but too short.

Are you sure there were custom Cervelo frames made? I remember reading one write up on Millar's S3 but I didn't know they made him a longer TT...that's interesting if they did for a last-year pro.

Yea that's what I said about maybe not yet, but it's not uncommon for them to make custom sizes for the top guys. It could be just a normal 58, but if so, his femur looks sort of short in that side view.

All, quick question on installing the BB:

The frameset came with alu cups and cartridge bearings. Do I grease it all very well or put it together dry?

I hear that BB30s creak like banshees on meth. The 2 I currently own other frames (non-Dale, 1 is a Van Dessel) with alu inserts in the BB where the cartridges sit but the Nano frame is all carbon...
