Yes, that is a great tool to. But it does not the consider the stack height of the stem, which also affects the given handlebar height.
An example, Rotor S3X has a stack height of 33mm and MCFK 44mm, standard is about 40mm.
You also have the differences of headsets topcap height, which is part of the equation.

on the http://alex.phred.org/ site just take the difference in the stack heights of the two stems (44-33=11mm), divide by 2 (11/2 = 5.5mm) and then add this to the spacer field of the taller stem (MCFK).
