Hi all,
If this is the wrong place, please let me know and I'll have the thread moved.
I acquired a SRAM Red Exogram crank and upon installation I noticed that the retention bolt is on the drive side, but the SRAM installation manual shows that the retention bolt should be on the non-drive side.
Looking through some of the sales material on SRAM's website, it appears that the retention bolt should be on the drive side. However, in their own tech videos on YouTube, the picture of the crank does not show the retention bolt on the drive side.
Does it really matter?
