Doesn't look like it. Just a few minority things like ceramic bearings, paint, etc. The S-Works model may go through tighter QC with regards to weight, but this is merely a guess.

I had the same question, but your link doesn't show the $1025 difference in price. Here's hoping the S-Works will beat you up less on a fast 150 miler.

I think there is 100-150 gram difference between those frames. The ceramic BB bearing is probably half of that and a lighter headset and of course the S-Works on the down tube.
