i am having two bikes
a Principia with a BB86 bottom bracket, it now has a fsa gossamer crank and bottom bracket installed, i want a shimano crankset on it, does it fit the fsa bottom bracket? or do i need to buy a shimano one, if anyone can post a link to the one i need, because i am a little confused about it.
the same goes for a madone with bb90, same chainset, same question
it's a madone 3.5 from 2014, so i think it must be a bb90 type.
it's the first time with pressfit frames for me.
BB90 & BB86 question

The FSA cranks have the same size spindle but what I can't remember is whether they have a slightly different profile where the non-drive side mates up to the BB - sorry. Regardless, if you are taking the whole thing apart, get a new BB anyway and do a nice fresh install. The Shimano BB86 piece is very reasonably priced. Same deal for the Madone.

Then there is 4 different types of bottom brackets, with one to go with?

no difference in dimensions, maybe (?) in bearings quality… whatever you choose is fine .
FSA Bearings fit Shimano cranks , Shimano bearings won't fit FSA cranks .
I used for few years FSA BB86 bb and Rotor ( shimano standard ) crankset. If current bearings are fine, leave it.

I can be wrong, and have plenty of examples for that

If you choose to replace the bearings on the Madone, those aren't the correct bearings. The Madone doesn't need cups, as they are built into the frames. You only need to purchase the actual bearings (plus the tool to remove it) in order to change the bearings. Also, invest in some marine grease, as it's more water resistant and will extend the life of the bearings. Use in place of standard bearing grease.
