Chain catcher for flared seat tubes

Several new bike frames have flared seat tubes near the bottom bracket. That being the case, what are people using for chain catchers? The old standby's with a fixed diameter wouldn't appear to fit well. I suppose you could buy one several MM's oversized and hope when it tightened down, it would stay in place.
Does anyone have experience with this issue?
All advise welcome.

if the front mech has a braze-on type mounting, try the matching version of k-edge, various pictures here...

If it is a braze on then a better chain catcher than the K-edge is the Aivee CCR2. It can be micro adjusted and is more solid in position than former. I own both.

I suspect the OP was asking about for a band-on mech though?

Canyon makes by far the simpliest to use. It mounts under the DT bottle cage and is adjusted independent of the FD bolt. Don't waste your time on those that mount on the FD.

Second that. Bought the canyon chain catcher for the cf slx. No stredd on the derailleur clamp, no need to readjust FD, 14 grams, bucket full of win.
