So I received answer from Wiggle product advisor: the Superleggera 35 are 23.8mm in diameter. They are the same diameter in the drops, just a larger clamping area...
so drops are the same in s. and s.35.

Of course the drops are the same diameter. If not, how would you be able to fit the shifters?

If you want the stiffest you go with the regular carbon M35. Superleggera 35 is lighter, but still much stiffer than the regular 31.7mm superleggera.
Try to find a shop that has a 35 in stock and see if you like the size. Then you can decide.

If you want to stay with stiff 31.7mm setup you could do zero100 and presa if you want carbon bar.

Of course you are right:)

I haven't decided carbon or alloy, as diameter...I'd like shape superleggera, but I'm looking for something stiffer in drops

However, different reach (Deda=75; FSA=80).

The drop of 80 on the FSA is small.
Besides that there is too much focus on stiffness and weight only, while there are other parameters too.

The bends on the FSA go straight forward fromon the level of the topbar. The Deda has an angle downwards a bit. But have in mind the topbar of FSA is ergonomical angled to you. (you like or dislike this feature).

I'm sorry but my topic refers ONLY to deda, fizik and cinelli (I'm not interested 3t, fsa, schmolke or others) so I'd appreciate if you respect it!

Ok, but it strange not to consider other bars and only focus on 1 parameter only. What lets you decide when having no good insight?
You dont want the best bar for you and advice around them, but you're only looking for confirmation of the choice you already made I think.
Luck with it my friend. I will not bother you anymore in your topic.

stiffness isn't one and only factor for me, as you wrote - I'd like deda's RHM shape, and I need handlebars for campy shifters. I'll never install FSA on my bike with campa, as PRO.

So do not be offended:)

The 35 has the same RHM shape and will be stiffer in the drops. zero100 bar will also be stiffer.

Yeah well be not offended yourself.
Dunno from what world you come but the specific FSA handlebar:
is matching very well with Campa
and is high end
and is imo stiff
and has a short reach
and has a well thoughout shape
and is nice to watch especially without decals
Matches good with new 3t ARX II stem
