I'm with the keep the Lynskey and get a cheap 'winter hack' team - I've done the same and have Spec Allez that I run all winter, just upgraded bits along the way and have recently fitted SKS race blades on it.

Just beware that the Roubaix SL4 is a very stiff frame (I have an SL4 Expert.) You should budget for the CG-R seat post to help with the ride. The 2015 Roubaix's all come with the CG-R seat post stock. Also, low end mechanical disc brakes kinda suck so keep that in mind. You'll also probably want to upgrade those Axis disc wheels too. Those Axis wheels probably aren't compatible with 11sp Shimano/SRAM.
