Bikemessenger and I saw these first hand on a Seven at Interbike last year. They looked pretty trick but I've yet to play with a set so I cannot speak for their performance. IMHO they're a dirt trap but so are ZeroG's.

I can post some closeup photos if you're interested. In the meantime, Bikemessenger may have some photos on his site.

These were posted on a thread here somewhere around the time of interbike. People were trying to see what the name said from the pics. I don't think they look that good from what i remember. ZG's still do it for me.

i had'em for a while on the moots and they looked great on a ti bike. they're very expensive and the brake pads don't match the rest of the brakeset. one thing for sure is they don't show dirt like zero's. i prefer zero's.

The Ti2 brakes are supposed to be made according to the rider's weight.

I beleive there is 3-4 different variation for each rider's weight range and customs are available.

Zippy since you own a set,can you confirm this ?

I think they look nice, but the Zero Gravity brakes are more attractive to me and lighter.

Ugly. Maybe they could go on the new Decathlon frame that ag2r are using !

Who knows how they will work ? Still, I welcome the extra competition in the market.

lighter and cheaper, too. I wonder if Keith Bontrager's light, strong, cheap rule applies?

I talked to the builder of these at the show last year. He feels that brakes like the ZG's may be light but that they have too much stopping power, which reduces their ability to modulate. So their goal was to build a brake which modulates better, but therefore may lack the raw stopping power.

But with production costs being so high they are unable to sell them to retailers and must sell direct to the consumer, expected retail price at that time was to be the same or more than ZG's. Ultimately it is this that I think will hurt them.

But it is nice to see that people are still trying.

i saw these at the show also. they were beautifully machined out of titanium and really looked the part. but the word that i got is that they are extremely flexible. some would say too flexible.

i must admit that i don't understand the arguement for flexier brakes? wouldn't controlling modulation be best accomplished by having a consistent brake? if every time you grab the lever the brakes respond exactly the same through the full pull wouldn't that give you the best modulation? i have ridden everything from old-school campy delta brakes to zg brakes - and many things in between and on either side. the best braking response has been from the stiffest brakes.

i am not sure why removing the power from a critical element of the bike, like brakes, is a good idea if you can harness the power properly instead.
