Rosso Corsa kit is also very Euro race cut so keep that in mind and try on/measure as accurately as possible.

didn't mean to bash the kiss, it's still a great pad. the progetto x2 is similar to the new assos stuff where the middle of the chamois isn't stitched together so it moves with you and prevents rubbing/chaffing. it's a super awesome chamois, definitely one of the best i've used. it's not overly bulky either
There's probably not the clear concept of level you find in other brands. For bibs and jerseys, look at the price, and that will give you and idea of where they stand in the pecking order. Jackets can be a bit more difficult to select.

i find the kiss3 pad far more comfortable than the progetto x2
Castelli's homepage gives a good description with 1-5 ratings for things like insulation, wind protection, breathability etc. They also give temp ranges.
