Rotor 3D Forged crankset compatible.

Does anyone know the Rotor 3D Forged crank set compatible with? As their web site staged: BB30, PF30, BSA68, BB86,386EVO..frame will work with. I have tried this crank set on my 2011 Kuota K-Factor BSA68 with 30mm Zipp external cups, the spindle is too short, the press nut is not even touching the spindle, but Zipp Vulmakrono crank works fine . I tried on another 2014 Orbea Ordu BB86x42mm with Rotor PF4130 (The frame came with Shimano Ultegra 6700 crank/Shim. PF BB). It's still short, barely to screw in few thread..? I contacted Rotor USA, they replied that I need to send the crank to change the spyder ($125.00) if I want to use the crank on these frame?
Have anyone have this problem before? Any suggestion?
