Just use some primer, white paint and duck tape for the plugs and that is it..
The problem was, getting the damn thing off, now that I am doing complete custom paint job on the frame and the cables have to bo black agian.

Regular white paint might work for a time but the vinyl and fabric paint I linked to is a better solution as this paint dries much more flexible and will resist cracking and peeling. Also one the cables are really clean, spraying some adhesion promoter (like this one) will help the paint stick very well.

Is it dangerous to drill a hole in the handlebar next to te brake lever en a hole next to the stem on the handlebar? So that I can hide the cables that run from the 2 brake levers to the junctionbox under the stem.

Why not use white shrink tubing? You can always (carefully) cut it off later to change colors.

I can do that with the whire that goes from the junction box under the stem to the junction box in the frame.
I want to make the cable from my levers to the junction box invisible.
The less wires there are in the cockpit, the better.

I think I need a heat shrink of 5mm to 2mm. Anyone a link of a good white heat shrink that longer is than 10cm?

But for longer lengths you need one that is 1.5 meters as the longest Di2 cable is 1400mm Or you could just cover what it exposed, I suppose.

I was thinking to put the di2 cable and rear brake cable in the same heat shrink, but i think that is no option?

Charles, heatshrink with only a 2:1 shrink ratio will likely not be ideal, the op should look for a 3:1 or 4:1 heatshrink so that it will slide over the etube connectors and shrink tightly over both the connector and the wiring.

Here are some appropriate Heatshrink tubing styles
http://www.techflex.com/prod_h3n.asp
http://www.cableorganizer.com/heat-shri ... hrink3.htm
http://www.tefcap.com/heat-shrinkable-p ... in-tubing/
The last link has an example of adhesive 3:1. with an adhesive layer you will get slightly less axial shrinkage and a watertight seal. These were just a few examples. Heatshrink with 4:1 is harder to find in white but with a bit of diligence I am sure you can find some. Also it seems that most come in larger size rolls. I am seeing everything from 7.5 - 30 m (25 - 100').
