Scott Foil 20, 2013 chainstay protector

Good evening guys,

A few weeks ago I miss shifted at the front which couse for a chain suck. The chainstay protector is damaged and I already contacted Scott to get a new chainstay protector. But for the second time I recieved a Scott CR1 chainstay protector and not one for a Foil. They say there is not specific Scott Foil CS protector. There are differend and I want a original one.

So can someone help me to get a chainstay protector for a Scott Foil?

Left is the original one and right the CR1..

Oké here is an update

After 2 weeks no Communication between myself and scott I recieved an e-mail. They found an original protector which is sent to me.
