So this seems to be a recurring theme but the related threads are a bit dated, so I thought I'd try again.

I recently bought a 2011 SuperSix LaGrange frame without a fork to build up. Now I'm learning about all of the proprietary 'dale measurements. Can anyone give me advice on how to source a SuperSix fork at less than exorbitant rates? Or recommend substitute forks that wouldn't compromise the ride/geometry? Thanks.

eBay seller has brand new fork for $280 or best offer.

I don't think you are going to get a new one for much less.

I see that easton make one http://www.eastoncycling.com/en-us/archives/ec90-sl-taper/ but the only one on the 'Bay is asking more.
There's sometimes a buggy.
How many drivers does a buggy have?

One.

So let's just say I'm drivin' this buggy...
and if you fix your attitude you can ride along with me.

Thanks. Those are the two options I'd found as well. But I've read that the Easton forks require a different crown race. Not sure how an aftermarket fork would affect the ride.

Depends if you want a super-light one or not. I bought a new yellow one from German eBay for €85. It's well over 400g though.

I got half way through stripping the paint before deciding to sell my SuperSix frame, so I've now got a half yellow / half stripped fork sitting in the corner.
