AX Lightness stem and bar. maybe even a set of their clincher wheels. A saddle from their line up is nice as well. The endurance is based on the old flite. Segmented cable housing makes a difference in both braking and shifting.
Oh, and you may want to change your topic title to something more in the lines of Trek madone bla bla, please help me lighten it. That should work better.
Cheers!

Change that stem to black. white looks out of place.
saddle too.
I think it looks funny though. I never understood why trek would want to make a celeste bike. that color is too closely tied to bianchi.

Yeah It was orignally lime green/white/black but I got tired of it so PMB in Brisbane repainted it so now it's good for another 4 years I guessdavidalone wrote:Change that stem to black. white looks out of place.

I will probably change the stem, But the current stem is a 7 degrees stem. I want to find a stem that is the same degrees if it possible. Does it matter is the degrees is different though? AX lightness endurance plus saddle looks pretty cool though and I might buy it in February.

Latex tubes, Vredestein.
Cages, Bontrager XXX are around 16g.
Skewers, most Ti ones are 40-50g.
Segmented housing, iLinks etc.
Cockpit, what are the current weights? I'm sure there lots of gram saving to be had here depending on how boutique you want to go.
Expander plug and top cap, extralite ultrastar + cap; or another cap from fibrelyte for instance, aluminum bolt.

well theres all sorts of shit you could do if you've got $$$
but imo, id ditch the wheels for a custom build, could drop a few hundred g's pretty easy without breaking the bank
maybe get some ti fasteners
and since you run your saddle slammed completely forwards you could probably make due with one of those 90g Extralight posts
