Definitely not. It has been installed-a year ago- according to Cannondale instructions:

Can't even imagine how that would fracture there if it wasn't due to the crank bolt being torqued (even if only torqued to spec) That sucks. Surely that is a warranty job.

If "the crank bolt being torqued" then these scratches/cracks should not occur immediately, and not after 3000 km?
After every ride I clean and check the bike ( frame and all components) and haven't noticed any crank damages before.

I've had that happen twice to me, both times with my non-driveside arm. Crankarm installed with a torque wrench. After the first time I started torquing below the 40nm and it still happened.

I have a really hard time believing you could over-torque it to create that kind of cracking. In would expect that the the bolt would break well before then - I broke one bolt well before I got anywhere near the recommended torque range.

Cracks are in the weakest arms places. Cannondale maybe overdid with weight loss, maybe in these places the walls are too thin....or this is manufacturing defect.

Ditto. I write that having once inadvertently over-torqued an SISL crank bolt resulting in the bolt head immediately snapping off, requiring some finesse to get the threaded part of the bolt that remained out of the spindle!
