I have three of these, one with Hylix branding from ebay - 15.6g, the other two Bontrager fakes from aliexpress - 17.6g & 18.1g.
They hold bottles just fine, never drop a bottle.

I have some scratch labs bottle that is a little loser then the others. My wife bike has the legit Bontrager XXX cages also 15g but $80 per pop.. they are a little more snug on all bottles .

Now I am using Zipp Alumina cages, which are holding the bottle really really well and just 8 grams heavier each.

I was looking at Zipp Alumina as well. 27 grams as listed? http://zipp.com/accessories/detail.php?ID=16748
http://www.competitivecyclist.com no longer carry them, it had poor reviews :-(

I will weight them this evening. I recently moved to another country and I didn't have a weight when I bought the cages...
I also bought them on merlincycles. I like their service. If you are in US, shipping time might be a bit long though.

A few years ago an Arundel Mandible I bought used developed a crack. I contacted the manufacturer and was sent a replacement. Admittedly used Mandible cages don't come up for sale that often but could be worth considering as a light cage that grips well.

I finally found some time to weight the cages.
Both came 27 grams on my weight. 53 together.

I ordered a pair of fake Bontrager XXX (no logos) cages on August 14th from China and they arrived to my front door on August 21st.
They are sold as a pair for $20. Although they are identical, one of them is 16g and the other is 19g. The lighter one is not as snug using Camelbak but its secure enough.

I have the Spesh Rib Cage copies and after 2 years of using them I conclude that they hold the bottle too tight (might be a good thing to others).

I have another set which I'm not sure what a copy of but it holds the bottles just fine.

Each cage weight around 20-23g.

I bought these:

no rattling bottles, unless I use a steel coffee tote when I ride into work... and then its just the sound over excessively large road lumps( 2" across deep road gashes that you cant avoid on a tight road commute with traffic)

I've found that if you sand the clearcoat a little from the interior surfaces of these, they behave a lot better. Also, make sure to keep them clean. A bit of sticky drink residue on them can make them a bear to pull the bottles out.

Prompted by this thread I dropped GBP17 on a pair of carbon cages from Icann Sports. They're 27g each and the matte finish is a good match for the bike. I could wish they gripped the bottle a bit tighter but having been out for an hour there was no issue.

I can also vouch for aliexpress XXX carbon cages. They are light and hold up well. Much cheaper then ebay when you add paypal fees, delivery, etc.

Will post my pics later on.

Follow up to my prior post: The repair I attempted to the broken tab failed pretty quickly. So I gave up on these and bought some genuine Blackburn polycarbonate cages at the LBS. Not much heavier and not much more money.

Obviously I now don't think the chinese knock-offs are worth the hassle.
