The Aluminum/Titanium cogs wear out due to miles or due to torque when sprinting?

~$100 difference.

I got my XG-1090 brand new from eBay seller bikebaron800 for $195 incl shipping. ("Best offer" - "Buy it now" is $220).

XG-1090 cassettes are $219 or less. Buy them on eBay.

Hilarious how you guys find like the most expensive places to buy the SRAM cassette to "prove" how much "more expensive" they are than the Shimano cassette.

"I have had 2 XX cassettes get stuck on a Mavic body. Luckily, the the LBS and SRAM waranted the first, but now the replacement is stuck. The concept of these machined out cassettes is interesting but the interface is worthless. I am hoping that the interface of the XX1 is an improvement as I would like to switch to that group soon."

I think this is usually due to soft aluminum free hub getting mashed up and the free hubs are also replacable
