The title pretty much says it all, I've got a track bike with a freewheel hub that i use to zoom around the city. Looking to upgrade the handlebars for a bit of damping (and yes - sexiness). Needs to have internal routing for TT brake levers and id prefer a black one. Am not looking for drops, just bullhorns.

Shoot.

There's no noticeable "damping" with carbon bars vs aluminium.

Try a gel bar tape. You can run a second layer under the regular tape on sensitive spots. On regular bars I add a bit on the bar tops and behind the brake hood where the heel of my hand rests when on the hoods.
