Hi all WW's.

I'm looking at compiling a list on the first page of this thread for essential threads that should be made more easily locatable within WW's.

It's to stop a lot of duplicate threads, not because I have a perverse joy in merging threads but rather having a heap of great info in the one thread makes WW a much better resource for all.

Would be great to hear your suggestions on what I should pop on here. I've started below (to give you the idea)

Road forum index

- Shimano Dura Ace 9000 thread

- Shimano 11sp (Dura Ace 9000) wheel compatibility

- Running Campag 11sp cassette on Shimano 11sp

- Dura Ace 9000 FD compatibility

- Light 31.7 seat posts, 27.2mm post options and light (and cheap) alu posts

- Is an aero frame beneficial? (shootout, aero vs weight)

- Light vs aero wheels

- High end clincher wheel suggestions

- Steps to sanding back paint from your frame

- Running Shimano 11sp with Campag 11

- BB30 adapter for Dura Ace cranks

- Adapter for bb30 to run 'standard' BSA cranks

- Latest and greatest in stems and more light stem suggestions

- Dura Ace 9000 (Shimano 11sp) hubs

- Best current all-round carbon clinchers 2013

- Tubular or clincher

- Light weight aluminium clinchers

- Favourite clincher tyre and best road racing clincher tyre

- Best tubular for all round riding

- Lightest clinchers for heavy riders

- Sub 1300g "everyday" clincher wheelset

- 'cheap Chinese frames'

- 11sp Shimano vs 11sp Campag (mechanical)

- Shimano 6800 vs Dura Ace 9000

- Running 10 speed with Dura Ace 9070 Di2

- Converting Shimano 10 speed hubs (7900) to 11 speed (9000)

- Rotor 3D+ and BB386

- Power meter selection and power meter brand reliability.

Here are a couple of items for which I have searched recently, finding many threads that were very helpful:

Helmet choice, here's an example:

Chainring choice, here are a couple examples:

The list could go on indefinitley, I'm sure! :D

I think what would be fantastic would to be have one thread dedicated to 'Cheap Chinese Frames' because I think there are lots of people are doing this sort of thing and instead of people shooting others down and sending them on a witch hunt for other threads, I think it would be excellent to have it all in one place.

I'd love to see home brew weight weenie projects and weight weenie'ing on a budget.
