While out riding after work this evening, near the end of my ride, my rear wheel came loose and started to rub the rear brake pads. I didn't put the skewer on tight enough and eventually the wheel worked itself loose.
Anyways, I tightened it down and checked the rear derailleur to make sure nothing was damaged. Everything looked fine. I started to ride again and I noticed that I was only able to shift into cogs 6-11, the derailleur wouldn't shift into anything lower than the 6th cog. I pressed the downshift button on my shifter but nothing would happen, the electric motor wouldn't even make a sound. It would upshift fine though. And I didn't hear any chain rub sounds to indicate something was bent.
Any idea what could be wrong? I'm hoping it's nothing serious.

Actually I think I fixed it. Turns out the derailleur put itself into 'crash mode'. I just followed the steps here and it was fixed. Huge sigh of relief.
