I just bought a Rouse Psycho K frame (880g unidirectional carbon fiber), but the seat post is aero and proprietary. It's rather heavy and has a lot of chunky steel hardware on top. Probably weighs in at 300 grams. How can I change it to a standard seatpost so I can buy some standard hardware?
Thanks!

You can't, unless you want to pay someone big bucks to build you a custom seatpost.
