Anyone know how long the EPS extension cable is (the internal routed extension that will allow the charge port to be blaced further away from the power unit) ??

Mine goes to the top of my seat mast and is long enough to pull out my seat mast. Now I know it does not say much, but it's better than what you got now. BTW 58cm Tarmac SL3 with uncut Ritchey WSC two bolt carbon seat post.

Seems like a good option may be to install the battery internally use the extension cord and try to have to charging cord come out the top of the seatpost, might even be able to drill a hole in the seatpost for a more permanent solution. This would keep your frame warranty in tact...But a broken seatpost doesn't sound fun.

Perfect, I needed another 40... Wanted to be sure I only needed 1 extension.

I'm actually installing this in a bike where there are cable insert holes behind the head tube. They're not all needed for EPS, so I'm putting the charge port right behind the head tube.

FWIW, The hole in my seatpost has been there for almost two years now without any issues [yet]. First to run cables to the V1 power unit that was attached to the saddle, then to run the charge cable to the V2 power unit.

just FYI, ax lightness daedalus already has a hole where you can put the EPS charger. however, you will still need to secure the charger cable (i.e. electrical tape)

This is a fully integrated frame (setpost, brakes etc). It has 1 existing hole that isn't being used and the extension will put the charge port right in that hole :D

Does anyone know how much the EPS V2 battery extension cord weighs? Can't seem to find this info anywhere on the web.

don't know how much it weighs. you can take your existing one and put it on scale without the battery and add a few more grams. if you need the extension, weight won't matter.
